Every time I have had a problem afrihost has helped. One time when I first got fibre and had to reset my router I got so fraustrated with my computer I told the chap from afrihost I will get someone else the next day to help me. The chap said to me my dear you will stay on the line with me and we will get it right together. We were on line from 4pm till just after 7pm when we got the router working and my computer connected. I cannot complain, from DSL I had years ago, mobile internet to the hosting plans it is affordable, and service has always been consistant, I love Afrihost, I just wish our Area had Fibre and I would use them for that as well.
